OH Bachelor Chests Review

The Old Hickory bachelor chests that we ordered last month were
delivered on Tuesday just as we had asked based on our Monday return
to Big Sky. And, they came precisely at 9:30 am just as the trucking
company said they would. This is at least the second time that we have
purchased items from you and if the need arises we will not hesitate
to call you again.

This was from a repeat customer that ordered 2 Old Hickory Bachelor's Chests with Puritan Finish on Regular Bark with a Pine Veneer Top. In the past 6 years, he has purchased 5 total Old Hickory items from us. In 2006, he bought the Old Hickory Television Stand with an oak veneer top with rustic finish on regular bark. Then in 2008, he ordered the Big Country End Table & Sofa Table that were retired a few years ago, so they could introduce a slightly improved model, in my opinion. The new version is the North Country End Table, North Country Sofa Table, & North Country Cocktail Table. And, finally, in 2009, he purchased the Old Faithful Writing Desk, also manufactured by Old Hickory Furniture.
Each Old Hickory piece has a number of options. You choose the bark texture first. The regular bark texture, which gives that really rustic feel with the bark left intact. Or, for that smooth texture, the tahoe bark is sanded to show the true beauty of the underlying hickory. Next choice in line would be the finish options: On the regular bark, you choose from the rustic, puritan, & centennial finishes; On the tahoe bark, you can pick puritan or rustic finishes. Finally, for casegoods & tables, there are a number of options for the top wood species: For a standard veneer option, you choose pine, oak, or cherry, or for an additional upgrade, you can order your piece in solid wood species: pine, solid oak, solid cherry, aged barnwood, live edge walnut, or copper.
