Bavarian 2-Light Floor Lamp

Bavarian is an exquisitely styled Victorian floor lamp designed to reflect warmth to any room. Handcrafted with top-quality materials, the shade is made with intricately cut pieces of real stained glass and designed to enhance any decor. Finished in an antique bronze patina tone, the base design reflects the Victorian era. The shade is hand-crafted, using the same methods developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. This process entails using 348 hand-cut stained art glass pieces and 33 glass beads, each wrapped in fine copper foil and soldered together at extremely high temperatures to form each unique piece. The exact size to the nearest inch may vary, and the exact color of each glass piece may vary due to each piece being hand-crafted. The bases and supports for Chloe lamps consist of resin, resin/art glass combinations, or metal/resin combinations. Different finishes complete each lamp, giving them the best combined look the artisans can produce. All of the Chloe shades are made of Tiffany art glass and built with the traditional copper foil technique.Though tapping on the glass may give a plastic-sounding noise, that is actually the protective coating required to strengthen the glass, thus providing a more durable lamp.
