Pine Full Platform Log Bed

This furniture is skip-peeled by hand and is completed with an ecologically friendly water-based clear satin finish. The quality handcrafting includes time-proven mortise-and-tenon log joinery. Average bedpost size is four-and-one-half inches. Integral ladders in both head and foot board allow for maximum flexibility in room. Four, 2"-round wood slats support bunkie board and mattress. Bunkie board is included. Bed is designed to use standard full-size mattress, which you supply. The recommended thickness for a bunk mattress is seven inches to provide for loft bunk safety. Bed is shipped with head and foot board fully assembled. Safety rails and bottom side rail are attached to head and foot board on site. Bolt package, plugs, and instructions are included. Takes about 40 minutes with 2 or 3 people to assemble. Dimensions shown are average overall measurements. Made 100% by our craftspeople in Montana from standing-dead, bug-killed, salvaged wood, which is the most environmentally sustainable furniture possible. This bed is perfect for maximizing usable space in a room and provides practical fun too. We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Please inquire about quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. A deposit of 50% is required when the order is placed, and the balance is due upon shipment. Log furniture items are shipped curbside via freight carrier, some smaller items can ship UPS or FedEx.
