Construction
Most of the Park Hill Collection items are built of reclaimed lumber. Each piece may appear a bit different than others of the same item number, as each individual piece of reclaimed lumber will be unique. Hand distressing and hand painting add to the effect of old, used pieces and are not broken or defective. If that antique, reclaimed look is what you seek, you found it here!

Payment/Shipping
Free standard shipping to contiguous 48 states, on orders consisting of $1500 or more. Please inquire about quotes to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Fifty-percent deposit required at time of order, and balance is due upon shipment. These items are shipped via UPS or FedEx. If they are in stock, they will ship out ASAP, otherwise they will take approximately 2-4 weeks in production. Please inquire about expedited orders or specific shipping needs.
