In 1994, designer Nancy Harris launched Wooded River achieving her dream of starting a business. Armed with strong fabric designs and a good sense of customer satisfaction, she employed seamstresses, purchased equipment and went to market with apparel and bedding products. The success that followed is a tribute to her vision, determination and desire to please Wooded River customers. In 2003, her small company merged with Home-Style Industries, a premier manufacturer and distributor of custom furniture and bedding products. The management of Home-Style recognizes the unique qualities that have made the Wooded River bedding products and accessories successful in the market place and are commited to growing the Wooded River brand.
