The Mission Queen Bed is the item and price shown. The Mission Beds have solid oak spindles in every headboard and foot-board. The tops of the headboard and footboard are made from face glued solid oak; wheat color for consistency and finish. The footboard is 36” high. The rail kits are solid oak and use the finest quality hardware for easy assembly and sturdiness. Our beds do not shake or squeak. The bed posts feature thru-tenon cap fittings for the authentic look of the period. The tear drop corbels on the head board and the footboard follow the guiding principles of the period using the highest standards of artisanship while maintaining a fitness of purpose.
Arts and Crafts Industries produces quality Mission furniture from USA harvested hardwoods, which are shipped to China and crafted by a staff of master woodworkers. The furniture features solid face glued red oak using mortise and tenon joinery for strength which will last a lifetime. Casegoods have 1" thick tops, drawer fronts and frame work. All draweres have solid cedar drawer sides with English dovetails. Drawer bottoms are cedar veneer with screwed wood on wood slides. Casegood backs are screw attached stained plywood.
